Prof Dr A C Mathai, 

M Tech, Ph D

Dr. Mathai is a leading Educationalist, Fulbright Scholar to various US Universities and a Structural Engineer Alumni of IIT Madras. 

He has 50+ years of experience in various capacities at Government Engineering Colleges in Kerala, UPSC, BITS Pilani and retired as Dean(REC )& Professor, NIT Calicut.. Post retirement he has been Principal and Emeritus Professor at Rajagiri School of Engineering and Academic Advisor to Muthoot Institute of Technology .

Dr Mathai’s professional contributions include managing the transition of Examinations, including the first Civil Service Preliminary Examination of 1979 from conventional to objective type as Deputy Secretary Examinations Reforms Wing UPSC , starting Kerala’s first Entrepreneurship Development Cell at REC Calicut which grew under his stewardship as the Technology Business Incubator of NITC and nurturing SHREDS Kerala as a mentor.

Mrs Ruby Mathai, 

BSc, MSW

She is Social Worker and Entrepreneur and one of the founding members of an NGO, SHREDS - a family entity formed in 1997.  SHREDS  is credited as the originator of the concept of pooled campus placement in India.  

SHREDS has placed around 30,000 students so far and impacted 5 lakhs. She continues as Secretary of SHREDS, a family entity, supporting placements of students across India.

SHREDS remained the primary agency for placement of graduates from Kerala till the placement units of the new generation Kerala Colleges became mature. 

Being a Masters Degree Holder in Social Work, she is also a passionate counsellor. She has voluntarily helped many youngsters overcome career and personal stress, while she remained a perfect homemaker prior to formation of SHREDS.

Ar. Deepa Mathai

She is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience, who has led her firms to international recognitions and awards.

She is the founder director of 2 companies - AISCAPE Global Systems and ARKIND Consultants and a few proprietorship firms.

Deepa is a passionate mentor, coach and a technology enthusiast. A first rank holder from NIT, she is also an RIBA Chartered Architect.

CMA Pushpy Muricken

FCMA, LLB, Bcom

She is a Cost Accountant and a Management Consultant. Her experience spans across 25 years in the field of Finance and  as a lawyer.

She also serves as an independent director to the Board of a few listed as well as unlisted entities. Her other involvements include board member of Department of commerce of a reputed autonomous college, POSH committee member of a leading corporate, faculty etc.

She is also actively involved in mentoring startups and part of an NGO of women entrepreneurs.
